* We are currently between projects in North Hills and hope to begin the next home in Spring 2011.
From Norristown
- Take 202 North
- Turn RIGHT on Skippack Pike (PA73), continue for 5 miles
- Turn slight LEFT on to Camp Hill Road, continue 1 1/2 miles
- Turn RIGHT on to E. Pennsylvania Avenue, continue 1 1/2 miles
- Turn LEFT on to Linden Avenue
- 3105 Summit Avenue is on the corner of Linden Avenue & Summit Avenue, directly across from the community pool.
From the PA Turnpike EAST:
- Take I-276 PA Turnpike East (toward New Jersey).
- Take Exit 339 (PA-309) toward Fort Washington/Philadelphia/Ambler.
- After the toll booth, continue straight for .3 miles
- Turn LEFT on to E. Pennsylvania Avenue, continue 2.3 miles
- Turn LEFT on to Linden Avenue
- 3105 Summit Avenue is on the corner of Summit Avenue & Linden Avenue, diagonally across from the community pool.
848 Cherry Street, Norristown
From Philadelphia and South:
- Follow Route I-76 to I-476 North.
- Follow 476N
- Exit at Norristown
- Turn right off ramp and right at intersection to follow Ridge Pike West (it becomes Main Street) into Norristown.
- Go past the courthouse
- Turn right at Cherry St
- Cross W. Airy St. (light), cross Marshall St and pass playground on left.
- The Coleman and Schmidt Motor Rewinding Company allows us to park in their fenced-in lot which is on the left after the playground.
- PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN RESERVED SPOTS.
- Exit the lot and walk directly across the street.
- Our office is a gray building; enter the red double doors.
From Montgomeryville and North:
- Start out going South on Bethlehem Pike/PA-309/US-202 toward Vilsmeier Road.
- Turn right onto DeKalb Pike/US-202.
- Continue to follow US-202.
- You will cross Welsh Road, Sumneytown Pike, Township Line Road, pass Montgomery County Community College, then cross Skippack Pike.
- Bear left onto Swede Street in order to continue following 202 South.
- Swede will turn into Markley Street.
- Take a left just past the McDonald's onto Main Street.
- Your second left will be Cherry Street. Turn left onto Cherry.
- You'll go through a stoplight and three stop signs.
- You will pass a playground on your left.

- Exit the lot and walk directly across the street.

From PA Turnpike Westbound & NE Extension:
- Take the Mid County Exit for 476-S
- Then take the Norristown exit (first exit) off 476-S.
- This exit will take you to Ridge Pike heading west toward Norristown (it becomes Main Street) in Norristown.
- Go past the courthouse
- Turn right at Cherry St

From PA Turnpike Eastbound:
- Take Exit 24/Valley Forge & King of Prussia
- Follow Route 202 North across the Dannehower Bridge into Norristown.
- Immediately after the bridge, turn right onto Main St.
- Go to Cherry St. and turn left.
- Go North on Cherry through Chestnut and Oak streets.
- There will be a playground on your left.

Directions to HFHMC Pottstown Sites
Saturday and Thursday volunteers should meet at 408 Beech Street on for an 8:00 Orientation. Parking is available at the Empire Hook & Ladder building
on the corner of Chestnut & Franklin Streets; please park in the larger lot on the Franklin side and leave the smaller lot for employees.
408 Beech Street
- Take 202 North or South (depending on the direction you're coming from) to 422 West. You will be on 422 for approximately 17 miles.
- Take the Hanover Street exit.
- Turn right at S Hanover Street.
- Continue on N Hanover Street.
- Turn right at Beech Street.
Directions to First Baptist Church, 301 King Street, Pottstown
- Take 202 to 422 WEST.
- Continue on 422 W for 20 miles to Hanover Street.
- Exit at Hanover, at the end of the ramp, turn right on to South Hanover Street.
- Continue on Hanover (you will cross over High Street - the business district in Pottstown).
- Continue one more block to King Street.
- Turn right on to King Street.
- Continue 2 blocks to the church at the intersection of King & Charlotte Streets.
