Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County is accepting applications for AmeriCorps members to serve as Construction Crew Leaders during the 2008/2009 program year, contingent on funding.

AmeriCorps crew leaders will receive training in basic construction skills.  Crew leaders work with site supervisors on new construction and rehab sites to educate and direct construction volunteers at all skill levels.

Through AmeriCorps, members receive a living allowance, health coverage, and an education award.
