The following list is an estimate of how long it takes to
complete each stage of rehabilitation. The completion of a house
takes takes about one year from start to finish granted there is enough
funding. | ||||

Demolition (8 weeks) Remove all interior partitions, cabinetry, plumbing and heating systems, floor coverings, etc. Only exterior walls, floors and floor remain.

Structure Rehab (6 weeks)_ Reframe stairwells to current code. Replace wooden lintels with masonry. Reframe exterior door and window frames to code. Rehab masonry party walls for structure and fire separation.

Envelope Rehab (6 weeks) Install new windows, exterior doors, stucco and/or siding as required.

|
Interior Partitions (7 weeks) Reframe interior to accommodate new floor plan.
| ||||
|
Mechanical Systems Rough In (5 weeks) Installation of plumbing pipe work, duct, and line voltage wiring.
